Menu → Add-Ons is Softune’s native marketplace. Softune lists 25 optional Add-Ons across Customer Engagement, Marketing & Sales, AI Automation, and Operations & Insights. On the same page, Softune shows Payments and Courier as Included by Default because they are core — not part of the paid optional catalog.
How to browse
- 1. Open Menu → Add-Ons
- 2. Note Payments and Courier under Included by Default
- 3. Filter or scroll the four optional categories Softune shows
- 4. Open an Add-On card to read its short description
- 5. Enable only what solves a current bottleneck
The four optional categories (25 Add-Ons)
- Customer Engagement — Live Chat, WhatsApp Alerts, SMS Updates, Product Reviews, Loyalty Points, Recently Viewed, Quick View, Product Enquiry, Product Compare, Size Guide
