Shipping locations in Site Settings

Site Settings → Shipping is where Softune stores shipping locations — the places your store serves. Keep this list aligned with Courier coverage and COD reality.

Configure locations

• 1. Open Settings → Site Settings
• 2. Open the Shipping section
• 3. Add locations you deliver to today
• 4. Remove or disable areas you no longer cover
• 5. Save Softune settings
• 6. Place a test checkout for an in-coverage and out-of-coverage address if Softune enforces that boundary

Keep Locations and Courier in sync

If Softune shows a city as shippable but your courier partner does not cover it, customers will order and you will fail delivery. Update shipping locations whenever you expand or shrink coverage.
